    My 10 year old son left the sink on with the stopper in and we had water seeping through two floors.  I called Servpro and they came out within an hour on a Saturday afternoon, cut a few holes in the ceiling to get the water out and put in multiple dehumidifiers and fans.  Within a few days, it was dried out.

    Everyone I spoke to was really nice.  Specifically Scott, who was the one who came out on Saturday, Jim, who came to get the equipment and the one who took my call, and Lori, who handled the payments.

    I hope I never have to use them again but in the case I do, I would do it with confidence.  I would recommend them.

    While my overall experience with this ServoPro office was poor, I would say that the guys who actually showed up at our house and did the work were professional and efficient. The issues were entirely with the office and the lack of any kind of follow up.

    We had flooding in our basement and called ServPro to help removing the water from the basement. As soon as they realized we did not have insurance covering the cost, they were not able to give us any kind of quote (we asked repeatedly.) The initial service providers left several industrial strength machines (dehumidifiers I guess?) and removed carpet for us. The machines were great and helped a lot for the 24 hours we needed them.

    However, the machines stayed in our house for weeks. We were busy getting quotes from companies who actually responded, and had to call the ServPro office over, and over, and over again asking two things: do you have a quote for us? And when are you going to remove the machines? Sometimes there was a response a few days later, sometimes nothing.

    Finally, we received a bill for a shocking amount of money. Note, this bill came after repeated refusals to give us a quote.

    SERVPRO of Eastern Main Line/Bala Cynwyd showed up to my house when we found mold in the basement. They came and gave me an estimate and I chose to go with them. SERVPRO removed drywall that contained the mold and the wall was like brand new afterwards. I would highly recommend them to a family member or friend.
